For the past 16 years Rosemary has specialized in therapeutic massage using   Deep Tissue along with Swedish techniques for relaxation. 

An Air Force veteran and a Worcester native, Rosemary chose to pursue massage therapy as a way to help others to stay healthy and relieve pain.  Providing natural healing as an alternative medicine is her passion.


Relax on a heated table surrounded by peaceful music and soothing aromatherapy. Nothing calms the mind and heals the soul quite like a therapeutic massage. Rosemary Sheehy is a Licensed Massage Therapist who works with clients suffering from muscle injuries, chronic pain and everyday stress.  Concentration is placed on giving each client an hour of relaxation while stretching and loosening muscles to provide increased oxygen and blood flow.  Physical health and mental health go hand in hand and massage therapy is a great way to achieve both.
